The state of California may be in a drought when it comes to water, but hip hop music is flowing freely right now.

Early Swavey, AKA ES with the BS is 19 and next up out of L.A., with a sound that blends trap music with the Bay Area and hardcore lyrics. It is only a matter of time before Earl gets his due, he has been grinding for years now.
